Ah, man! I just deleted a saved snap that I wanted to keep. Talk about a bummer! It’s like the old saying goes: “Out of sight, out of mind.” But hey, at least I know better for next time. Still, it’s so annoying when that happens - ugh!
Can You Delete A Saved Snap? [Solved]
Yeah, the sender’s still got control. They can delete any Snaps they sent to Chat that got saved. Just press and hold the Snap in Chat and hit ‘Delete’. Easy peasy!
Open the Snapchat app: To delete a saved snap, you must first open the Snapchat app on your device.
Tap on the profile icon: Once you have opened the app, tap on the profile icon in the top left corner of your screen.
Select “My Memories”: From here, select “My Memories” which will take you to a page where all of your saved snaps are stored.
Find and select snap to delete: Scroll through this page until you find the snap that you would like to delete and then select it by tapping on it once.
Tap “Delete” button: After selecting your snap, tap on the “Delete” button located at the bottom right corner of your screen to permanently remove it from your memories page and from Snapchat altogether.
Deleting saved snaps is easy - just hit the ‘delete’ button and poof, they’re gone! No need to worry about them cluttering up your phone. It’s a quick and painless process, so don’t sweat it.
